Submission Guidelines
Before being accepted, papers are thoroughly examined to confirm that they are free of plagiarism and have not been previously submitted to any other journal or conference.
It is required that all authors prepare complete versions of their papers in Microsoft Word format (.doc). Please adhere to the designated template provided here for formatting your paper.
